09bte Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the 09bte platform and you ("User"). By accessing or using the platform through the 09bte website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

• 09bte reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These Terms have been set out in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• You must be at least 21 years of age and must not be accessing the platform from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited.
• 09bte's privacy policy is an integral part of these Terms. You are requested to read our Privacy Policy carefully.
• Any promotional terms and conditions apply alongside these main Terms. In the event of a conflict between the two, the promotional terms and conditions shall take precedence.

The following conditions must be met to open a valid account on 09bte. Providing false information will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed, and any unpaid winnings may be forfeited.

Eligibility Requirements

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. 09bte is an entertainment platform for adults only.
• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, address, date of birth, and identity document details provided at the time of registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC)

• 09bte may request identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal or when a specified amount is exceeded.
• A clear copy of a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence must be provided.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal request will not be processed.
• If the documents provided are found to be forged or misleading, the account will be permanently closed.

Account Security

• Keep your login details, password, and security question answers completely confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 09bte support team immediately.
• 09bte is not liable for any loss arising from third-party access where there is evidence of user negligence.

09bte supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. Strict compliance with the following rules for financial transactions is mandatory.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• The deposit account must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Until the deposit amount is verified, it may not be possible to place bets using those funds.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for each payment method.
• Standard withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The withdrawal account must be the same account used for deposits or an account registered to the account holder.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals above a specified limit will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• After claiming the welcome bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met on the combined amount of the deposit and the bonus.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirements have been met are withdrawable.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits it.
• Certain games or bet types may not contribute to bonus wagering — please read the terms of each promotion separately.
• If fraudulent or abusive bonus claiming is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Program

09bte's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers is based on active play. 09bte reserves the right to set and modify the detailed criteria for VIP tiers.

09bte is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games and betting activities are governed by the following rules.

General Game Rules

• If a game result is affected by a technical error, the relevant round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 09bte's game logs and server records will be considered final.
• Any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs to earn money will result in account closure and cancellation of related winnings.

Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and will be displayed within the game interface.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error makes it unavoidable.
• For sports betting, the odds on pre-match bets will not change after a match has started.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the fairness and security of the 09bte platform. Violations will result in immediate action.

• Multi-Accounting: Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts by the same individual or members of the same household.
• Collusion: Multiple players working together to gain an unfair advantage against others.
• Fraudulent Bonus Claiming: Attempting to earn money by exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of cleaning or transferring illegal funds.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated program to play games or place bets.
• False Identity: Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or network.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, 09bte reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances and winnings, and take legal action if necessary, without prior warning.

• Information collected during registration and the KYC process will be used solely for providing services, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

• Users may request to review, correct, or delete their data at any time — however, some data may be required to be retained for legal reasons.

Account Closure by 09bte

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud, deception, or money laundering is suspected.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority or by court order.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

Account Closure by the User

• An account can be closed at any time by submitting a request to the support team via live chat or email.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be forfeited before the account is closed.
• Any remaining valid balance after account closure will be returned to the registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

• 09bte is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
• 09bte is not responsible for losses caused by the actions of third parties (payment processors, internet service providers).
• 09bte will not be held liable for losses resulting from user negligence or unauthorized access by an unintended third party.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving all complaints.
• If a resolution is not reached at the support level, the matter will be escalated to higher management.
• You are requested to refrain from taking any external legal action before our internal dispute resolution process has been completed.

• If any significant changes are made to the terms, a notice will be published on the platform and registered email addresses will be notified.
• If no objection is raised within 7 days of the change, the new terms will be considered accepted.
• If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.
• Even if a waiver is granted in any situation regarding the rights mentioned in these terms, the ability to enforce those rights in the future will remain intact.
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between 09bte and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
